Tasmania is a magnificent island of contrasts; long rolling fields reminiscent of an English pastoral scene, and
rugged forrested mountains; tiny protected bays with white sand beaches, and rugged inaccessible coves and cliffs; tiny country villages
and modern commercial Hobart and Launceston. Whatever may be the travellers interest, Tasmania is sure to have it. Little wonder that it
attracts many mainlanders. The cold Tasmanian waters do not deter the islands many divers, and indeed attract mainland divers because
of its incredible marine life.
